Commercial Employee Benefits Sales Executive
We are seeking an individual who is looking for an opportunity to provide Commercial Employee Benefit knowledge and expertise to prospective clients. This individual must have the ability to self-manage, prospect, develop long lasting relationships and build book of clients using lead generation through cold calling, community involvement, internal referrals and the development of professional relationships. Competencies Required:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and break relationships professionally
- Life & Health Licensed (preferred)
- High degree of self discipline and motivation
Individual must also possess a Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of sales experience. There will also be limited travel with this position.
